This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to delivery of orders placed at www.luxshoori.com.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:30pm, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
2. UK Delivery Options
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.
Free UK Delivery
Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery (Paid)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. International Delivery
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or additional charges imposed by their local authorities. If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Luxshoori is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal services.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Postal strikes
- Severe weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
Luxshoori is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
Luxshoori is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
7. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery. Please ensure that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and secure.
