Luxshoori Returns & Refund Policy

At Luxshoori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your item in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.


2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in their original condition
- All original packaging, protective films and accessories must be included
- Lenses must not be scratched, marked or damaged
- Protective lens stickers (where supplied) must remain in place
- Items must not show signs of outdoor wear or general use

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.


3. How to Start a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return

Please include your name and order number inside the package.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. Luxshoori is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide photographic evidence.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


8. Late or Ineligible Returns

Returns received outside the cancellation period, or items returned worn, damaged or not in their original condition, may not be eligible for a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
